The Markham Midget AA Waxers will host this year’s OHF Midget AA Championship. The tournament will be held at the Centennial Community Centre in Markham, ON from April 10th-12th, 2020.
The Markham Waxers Midget AA team has had a great year thus far, winning the Pickering Midget tournament in December, and finishing first in their league for the regular season. This group has been together for approximately 10 years, led by head coach Kim Rasmussen. Their close-knit group has resulted in a goals against average of 1 per game over the regular season. However, this sense of success is not new to them, as this group has been a top ranked team in Ontario since Minor Atom.
